Tip Records (not tip world)
Blue Room Released
Flying Rhino
Matsuri

In other words I miss the original GOA music. (which seems to be the case with most people in this thread.)

I am pretty sure that if Blue Room, TIP Records, Flying Rhino and Matsuri still existed, they wouldn't be releasing goa...           DJ pr0fane (Iboga Records) | Multiphase

Yeah I think the same, probably they would "move forward" as Transient did the las year starting to release in a diferent way like the old stuff the used to wich is not bad at all by the way but for sure mostly these labels would not keep on realising GOA

Blue Room exists only as an imprint, TIP Records was changes into TIP World and TIP New World, Flying Rhino was shut down on 2002 and Matsuri was also shut down and Tsuyoshi opened another label which known as Feedback Recordings.           "My single one to cross the ways that have heart, any way that has heart. Indeed Digital Structures seem very inactive at the moment, but ok - better to release 1-2 excellent releases each year than 10 mediocre

Flying Rhino, Blue Room and Spiral Trax are some of the closed labels that come to mind.

Absolute agree!

Let me take this one step further and inform you, that at the time when those labels shut down, NONE of them were releasing "goa", and certainly not something even remotely close to stereotypical melodic goa.

At best, they were releasing "Goa subgenre music", which everything we talk about in these forums, almost everything, can be categorized as.

Return to The Source. I loved the presentation of their double albums. The music was great, too.
