Djs buy most of the psy these days so I think it just makes good business sense to break it up and make it mixable...

Yeah, seperating tracks is important for the dj's but that doesn't mean you can't make the whole album flow if listened to in one sitting. Check out Lost & Found's decoder for a great example of an album with seperated tracks that still flows nicely.

I think its better with different tracks then like a big mix, gets easier to listen to what you like then.
