And what about Goa...there still some great producers/lives playing, like Goasia, Filteria, Asia 2001....
many new producers from all the world on cloud doing some great psychedelic goa trance, the root original sound that brought "Psy Trance"..maybe they will be playing as i have seen on small PVT parties...a little bit underground....Goasia played on Universo Paralello, a huge prog,fullon,dark festival...but got some good psychedelic trance like the Brazilian Burning Noise, not very commercial very much.
I think Dark trance is a psychedelic genre that is growing on Brazil and maybe is taking the place of other genres like full on night...i enjoy, for me some good dark trance is very psychedelic, or forest dark,very organic sounding...
theres still good moments at Brazilian's
Festival's, some nice original Lives....but its a few...Trance as a bunch of different (or not) genres is not dead or sold "at ALL"

I still love goa until the end. The bad thing is there are thousands of psytrance parties in germany (which for me personaly not exciting anymore), but no more original goa parties which I definetly would love to expirience atleast one time again. Goa acid trance is always really psychedelic.

I think the same about most (not all) german festivals. I just went to one on the weekend and man...while standing on the floor I was remembered of that video a lot of times. Mostly boring, minimal and repetetive music all over....
I know dark is more psy than that, but unfortunately I just cant stand it My first track:

Psy trance isn't shit. The scene is. Producers making progressive crap that wouldn't even sell in mainstream EDM. Promoters trying to rip from artists & punters what little money there is. It's like everything in life, the blame isn't the music entirely, it's the idiots in charge. This scene is run by dumb & dumber.
