Why Psyshop.com sell music and don´t deliver it ?

i always prefer psyshop n have got 95% of my parcels within 2 weeks here in india
but i m waitin for my las order from more then 3 weeks, hope the curse has not got me 
  the problem with valuing art is, till u dont understand it, it's worthless but wen u do understand it, it's priceless!! |

Psyshop doesn't suck at all..it depends where you are..

^^^ yes me too recived my parcel after a month but thats fine got stuck with the customs n shit
so till now total no. of problems with psyshop = 0

Never had any major probs with them.
The last cd i ordered arrived in four working days.
My only problem with them is that they don't sell wav's of everything. |

I buy from Saiko Sounds & sometimes Psyshop...to SouthAfrika
I have had Psyshop parcels go missing, but if i order just one CD then they arrive...this is cos Psyshop parcels are not registered...so someone in post office is a psy head!!!
Saiko Sounds is fantastic cos they send registered so in 4 years only 1 lost parcel. Rob also does me a beeeeg favour (on request) and sends CD's without jewel cases and parcels arrive faster and no customs crap... |

I have bought around 200 cds from psyshop over the last 2 yrs and never had a problem. Delivery is slow (about 10 to 14 days) but same with everyone else. I never had a problem with saiko or tranceshop either. But I live in Australia. I think the problem is with your postoffice or customs.
Think about it. If u had a business would u just refund money without checking up 1st? I doubt it, and that takes time

I've never had any problems with Psyshop, delivery is usually about 3-4 days and it always arrives. And seriously cheaper than buying cd's from any other shop in this country so it keeps me happy. |

After 100-ish CDs with no troubles from Psyshop, I recently had an order vanish on its way here. It took me 12 weeks of writing back and forth with Rolf, but I finally had the money refunded. I re-ordered the CDs and they arrived in 5 days (Germany to Oregon). SO...I guess I'll order from them again, but their customer service could use an overhaul. |
