Why Psyshop.com sell music and don´t deliver it ?

Yeah - I have been waiting two weeks for my cd's and rolf isn't exactly being helpful.
I asked what his procedure was for 'no shows' - he just sidestepped the question and said "Dont worry - they'll arrive."
Glad to see you're optimistic Rolf, I'm f*cking not!

I used to buy some cds in ´psyshop without problems, but now the delivery are fucking expensive, is more expensive de delivery than one cd....

i've been ordering from Psyshop for several years and have never had a single problem. Always recieved order in stated time...3-12 business days, whether it's two cd's or ten.

i buy all the time from Psyshop and never had problems...I think that is convenient fot users living in Europe....If you are in another continent try some other sites |

96% of my collection came from Psyshop. It takes 6 days, exactly (Ive ordered a LOT), to reach the western US from Germany. I do prefer to buy from smaller, less commercial places, like beatspace, but delivery is slower from Italy apparently. Last time I ordered from Beatspace they gave me a free cd (Revolve mag). I havent gone to beatspace in a while because I cant remember my login info... Wirikuta uses a third party payment system that wont take my credit card... :anger:
Im sorry you have had problems. Im sure that the more I order from Psyshop, the more likely it is that an order gets messed up...

I went on line to buy the New Kox Box CD... and i have been waiting now for over two weeks.
I send them an email ...and they say they have sent it to my old adress, thats no probs my parents live there but its still not there, i reply...
So they then write back to me syang thay have sent it to my adress but they have put down half of my new post code and half of the old... !!!!(why the fuck)
so i mail them giving my new adress corectly and they mail me back sayng that they have another person registerd underthat adress...(how since it is a new build i dont know)
i have finally told them to keep their shitty CD and illl never shop there again...
that shit anoys me...

I´ve bought more than 100 CDs there, and never had a single Problem with them. Once i got a whole bunch of CDs (like 5 or 6) for free, because they´ve fucked up something |

I've been shopping at http://www.psyshop.com for 4-5 years (It's always the first place I go to shop unless they don't have the album I need in stock). I've had 0 problems (About 200 albums). Always fast and good delivery. If there has been a problem, the issue has been solved asap! (Like if I have changed my mind and wishes to cancel the order to rebook - never a problem.) Maybe there is two sides to the case Missing-Link? ... Rolf @ psyshop might not be the most polite and ass-kiss my customers service agent. But atleast I havent had any issues. I would like more free-bee's though  - Hey Missing link, sometimes shit just happens.

i have had some problems too with psyshop when i used Vinyls (they came warped), but with CDs i never had a single problem with them.
However... think about joining the future:

Agree with psytones, I've used psyshop for all my psytrance cd's and they've never failed me. I've never had problems and I've been ordering with them for about five years now. Sometimes shit just happens indeed. Shame it had to be you. Anyway, saikosounds might have longer samples but they don't nearly have enough in stock like psyshop does. 9 out of 10 times the cd's I wanted where sold out at saikosounds, while psyshop still had them in stock...

I've heard a lot of people bashing psyshop lately ...
I myself haven't got a single problem, first couple of times i ordered the delivery took about a week but after
that the goods are home in 3, 4 days tops
One more thing i have to say is that psyshops site is way better updated than saikosounds, there were a few times i didnt find what i was looking for there and i used saikosound, only to be notified later on by email that they were out of stock also.
