Well, it seems that european customers doesenīt seem to have problems with them.

After reading all the replies on this thread, iīve remebered, that there are more problems than just the not delivered parcels, for example :

1 - Why they donīt bother answering the e mails ?
2 - Why they takes about 6 moths to return the money ?
3 - And most important !!!! I really think that an e-shop sells services, and not just products. They should provide to their customers the confort of receiving their orders @ home.

I really think that this one in particular, takes advantage of the lack of regulamentation of international sells by intenet, what is a real shame, because reliability should be their most important concern.

Maybe iīm wrong, but isnīt that what u are looking for : http://www.psyshop.com/shop/Info/en/Service.html

Anyways, when it comes to e-mail contact with psyshop, they are not very customer friendly, so i prefer trance-shop for ordering my cdīs.           War is terrorism with a bigger budget.

No , this only shows the status of your order @ their web site, when I said that they donīt have tracking service, I was refering to the tracking offered by the delivery company, like UPS, that you know all time where your package is ...

i've never visited an online cd shop with tracking delivery information besides amazon, are you comparing it to another shop, perhaps i haven't checked out yet?           elementoftime.net

It all comes down to the brazilian post and customs, normally a parcel coming from brazil to the uk can take up to 12 days. As soon as it hits uk soil it is processed quickly. Now a parcel being sent from the uk to brazil can take up to 8 weeks, it leaves the uk the same week by plane and usually takes the brazilian custom and post 7 weeks to get their act together.

When it comes down to psyshop, I never had a problem with them. I believe they are based in germany whcih means they are part of the EU in other words no custom charges.

The only way I have come across to avoid these charges is to ask people to state the cds as gift, people from US always do that and I avoid the custom charges.

Psyshop should have a tracking parcel number with the post office, which you can ask for and track the parcel yourself.

A long time ago, I also used to buy from recordstore.co.uk , hard to find records, etc ....           You may think you can fly, but you better not try .......

if a webshop prompt to sell records and deliver in my country, in respect with the costumer, they must at least give ALL the information regarding to payment, taxes, shipping ways, delivery, etc.. etc..
so i will be able to choose the one i think is best for me
i never ordered from psyshop, so i don't know how it works.. this is just a opinion

Good words for psyshop: Never had a problem in tens of orders these last 4 years... Guess you, brazilian guys, should let them know about the customs in your country... As for taking 6 months to give your money back, that's real strange indeed... YOu should ask them for some commercial gesture... Not that they will be very keen to do it after your posts here

I've ordred about 70-90 albums from psyshop.com in the last 8 months (I also use the other shops when psyshop dont have the product I'm looking for) and I have never ever had one problem with them. And I always get my order 2 days after I booked it. Maybe because I live in Scandinavia? If so.. ok. .. PS. The prices are not higher or lower then the others. again. Location location location?

That is because you live next door to Psyshop.

Not answering e-mails is very unprofessional. It's the most convinient way to communicate when you live on another continet and they chose to ignore emails from customers! No respect!

But I never had any problems with them.

It's funny how lots of people choose them just because their website is simple and very user-friendly. I like using other stores too just to support them and balance out their sales...you know...there are big and small stores...don't forget about the small ones!

Even I faced the same problem, I was purchasing from them regularly, the delivery was slow, but I was getting my cds. But then two of my orders were not delivered, and I was charged for them. ROLF didnt reply to my mails.
Now i am using saikosounds always, much faster service and prompt replies to emails. Psyshop is a rip off.
