wow Elad great track! I like also the scale you used and of course the different bass ,well acutally all there.Cool stuff.

I like the bass often used by Mr Psyfactor which is repetitive and IMHO very trance inducing!

As Pavel pointed out, suomi (Finnish) style has a lot more variation. Some of the artists, EvsY in particular, have basslines that actually sound like real bass playing an actual song.
Thanks Elad for sharing your tune. Good example.
I agree with the original poster, that full on bassline used in 99% of psytrance (morning, twilight, dark, blahblah) sounds so stupid, boring and amateur to me. no matter how polished they make it.

shifting and non shifting basslines can be both boring or rocking, depends on the 'story'. if you don't like non shifting at all, try something more electro.

so u guys think kbbb is like the most common basslien pattern used in dark psy trance?but yehh it will be interesting to change the pattern every 64 bars say for example triplets to 2 note bass to kbbb atleast 4 different pattern and put kbbb during the peak of the tarck...i am sure there are already tracks produced thsi way..
