why Israel?

I try through this post to understand why is Israel so active and so creative in what concerns trance. This topic is related to the topic: music in israel posted by Voice of All.
Usually history may have something to do with it, is it the case?

well... ill give it a shut.
in israel ppl must do an army service. those are 2-3 years of "madness"... after this ppl wanted to see the world... to release all the stress they had or many other resons.
ppl flew to India and such places and were in parties thet they never been. this is a total shock after being 3 years in an army base. they lost their heads in trance party and it was a way to escape from all they been through.
they had fun, spent there a year or tow maybe more and then went back home, Israel.
its hard to be in heaven and then go back for nothing. it created a huge void inside them without anyway to fill it back so ppl decided to bring "heaven" to Israel and thats what they did.
from there its like a snowball
only now some ppl taking it to the wrong direction which is very sad.

hockus pockus. Some light was made.
It's a reaction. It is interesting to c that we have to go through rough times to evoluate.
It's a pity that some people didn't had the chance to do this TRIP.

yeah, at that time i was smoking out me brain in Rotterdam and Haag and Amsterdam, damn its fun to occupy building and be a total arse for a couple of month, no work and go on "psyparties" every single night....

I dont think any difference here to other countries. simply the music is more melodic here than in most other stlyes and for this it is more popular aro8nd the world. yes sure there is much madness here and many ppl wanting to escapes from this but i dont think many more "better" artist here than other countries. I think also becasue there is so many in israel making music it is easy to share ideas also. Bom. Nama |

i think it's also cause sun and sea (3.5 seas we have!)
of special jews spirit brought with us through thousand of years despite all happening around
and also constant defense situation...
we want sunshine and melodies, happyness and freedom, independence and love..
that's all about it imho...

YES SHLINKAR, the thing is not just melodic. There is a kind of sticking close to the origin. Don't u think? Ther's also a kind of sensibility to the timings choice of each diferent moment of the musics.
SHIVAS: this jewish spirit might create the same reaction that the army provoqes, in this direction i can understand your sentence. Or maybe u can go further wyth your thought... |
