Why is the love and light of trance being lost???

Does anyone have any ideas on why the global scene is under such a profound change in peoples attitudes towards trance. The commercialization and drive for money seems to be slowly eating away the love and spiritual side of the scene like a cancer.
What can we do to save what left?
How can we rebuild what we once had?
Do you want the future to consist of commercial parties where people dont trust each other?
Its the same as many years ago when people could leave their houses unlocked, now we have to lock our tents at festivals.
This is very sad guys/girls, we need to make a concerted effort to change this.
Jason Frogs decor at Samothrakis is a prime example of thft and mistrust amongst a beautiful crowd of people.

this is hapenning all over the world, most psy people have lost faith in the whole essence of the culture..... we have to stop fightin we have to stop commercializing this there are too many outsiders spoiling the scene too many people who think its "cool" to come to parties n come and stare at u while u trip n ruin it all, theres no trust left there no growth? whats happening? psyentist is so rite plp, please help u knowww   |

its not to do with the commercialisation, its to do with the inner..not the outer
its to do with greed, ego, and all that black energy that breeds so easily in society..all society.
but i feel psytrance has the best chance..to rise above any other music genre, bEcauSe we already have the Spiritualism, and love within our culture.
money - we all need it to survive, and whether u r a dj, a producer, a trapeze artist, etc within the community - i think its in each of our dreams to be able to earn a comfortable income from doin what we love, our passion - i know its mine 
what we need to do is... connect with others with the same energy..same dedication to self and for others.. and HELP each other reach our dreams, instead of trying to 'race' with others --
if we can do this (or at least try) the energy of love, sharing, teaching, .. or what i call in general 'white energy' can be as strong if not stronger than the 'black energy' (ego, greed, etc)
but dont mistake in tryin get the white energy to cover the black - because even with the black energy..there is good (ego = assertiveness, self esteem, etc)
i hope i made some sense just my thoughts

of course and we make sense of what u are saying,webgirl...i agreewith the most of what u say...society and those who lead society is really corrupted,psytrance and psyparties is also a movement who came out of this society,also party people,so its not nweird when u see things and situations that come from that phase,to happen in the trance scene too...its not easy for each one of us to take out his ''old costume'' and wear a new one,just because he-she went to some parties or festivals...this world of lie and discipline has roots everywhere,unfortunately...
slowly and with the daily fight of everyone with him-her self,and old habbits will lead us to something good...
and its not only the trance parties...there are many music movements,underground,that we should listen too,so we realise the battles,the older freaks gave for us...
its the same spirits,that lead all these movements,evolution and technology has brought us in this unique termination!also, we have to learn read more,litterature is a great weapon we have in our hands if we use it well...how much wisdom,anarchy and psychedelic spirit there is when u read a good book of Tom Robbins,Jack London,Oscar Wilde and many other writers...so ,think,study and the scene will grow up...as about the money and commercialization i dont think,there is so big industry,yet,as in other musics.there are artists that sell a lot ,and people who see their relation with this music only professionally,but i think they are mistaken and its not good for their soul to lie to the spirits...i agree with the webgirl that we must have money for some basic needs,and not try to get rich...
have faith and hope;cause yr mornings will be brighter break the lines,tear up rules,make the most of a million times no...-Bauhaus ''hope''

and love and light will never be lost...they just started taking their ''ups''...dont worry...there are some powers and energies that are working day and night for that ,even if u dont see,i can say that for sure |
