Well it's true that there are only a very few party promoters that are doing the effort to set up a Chill Out worthy of its name...
..which is very sad ! There are so many talented chill out musicians and deejays here around and in our neighbours countries and we have so few occasions to enjoy their music..
But the scene in France is learning a lot, and if we can hope for more coolness from the authorities, I'm pretty sure that the quality of the parties will take off.. and that we'll finally have decent Chill Outs in our however already beautifull parties..

chill out are always missing ... but its growing..french's people want to dance ..dont want to have calm and quiet moment .... it is always on "option" ....facultatif ..people dont come because it will be some chill out dj
and i understand them 
( i m chill out dj ..and i can tell u that s hard for chill out dj ...because we are nt real dj )

What do you mean? of course chill out djs are real djs, whos in charge of the decks/cdj? and i believe their are ppl who are in the chill who actually appriciate your music.
