I like the naming scheme much better now. The only thing which would be really nice is if you could go to one of each of the three forums without having to go back to the main forum first.
Other than that it's fine

I just go to the home page and middle click all the sections I want to check out (to open in new tabs)..no problem with navigation as is. (imo)

Another vote for it being annoying and unnecessary.. just because I am interested in music production does not mean I DON'T want to see threads on DJing or equipment.. why should I have to jump around, they are all related to music technology..

Yeah, me no like new way. Good ol' fashioned way was actually easier for keeping track of new topics, as opposed to this "new" convenience of separating topics for newcomers

It is supposed to widen the topic contents, it would get clogged up in the older system. This is much cleaner, and actually easier to moderate believe it or not.

Maybe we could put the "Mother of" topics back to sticky ones as now they would be spread in these sections.... Just a suggestion that I would personally like to see.
