Why cant I load these presets ( fxp ) ??

So I have waves...C1. And Im trying to load some sets for kix & bass . For some reason I cannot load these files into waves. they are just greyed out and cannot be selected. I tryed loading from the mene in logic and the load feature on the waves plug itselft. I am using logic 7.1
any ideas?

not sure what your refering to.. I have both manuals from Logic and Waves.. I do know how to load plug ins and presets from the plug in menu...
but after a little research I have discovered that the plug in presets I have received are (VST)( .fxp) Waves presets.. not and ( .aupreset) That is why I cannot load them directly into the Waves AU in Logic...
Correct me if Im wrong..
