I heard many ppl that think like you.
My opinion is that the full on festivals keep to be and also progressive \ dark \ techno festivals start to be too. |

well the situation is that are just not enough demand for those artists you mentioned.
thier are lots of peolpe that just want stupid bit with no music.
but thier is once in a while a good party shame it is once in a while |

maybe because the festivals is so mainstream and for mainstream u need dj's that bring u crowd that bring money and the money need to justify the investment,like we say"lalehet al batuah"!
but maybe nowdays,when the other style's u remind
here become verry popular...will be some mainstream festivals with darkpsy?

i agree with YaManja, full on it's more mainstream,
favorite style, unlike progressive or dark...
in any sector, ppl want to make money..
& you can make much more money if you bring full on artists...
that's the reallety in the trance scene these dayz...:/

there were some "Alternative Trance" festivals, I guess that what YaManja talked about is the reason of the lack in these festivals.
you have to find some good club in your area that brings a uniqe & spacial vibes to the "Alternative Trance" clubers.
I know that in my town we have such a club and he is kick assss  (Q Bar)
PS::"Alternative Trance"=the oposite of GMS Astrix and all mainstream trance.

big festival ment to be full on and powerfull music with commercial music this is the fun..
if you want dark festival you have also but without the big publicity...like DOOF festival etc... |

well,
i agree that full on is the leading style right now...
but it can't be that almost all the artist that preforming in festival in israel will be full onic.
why not bringing some progressive, DArk or goa artist??

Full On VS Progressive
There Must be a way to combine all sorts of styles in festival's.
after all that's the way is should be like.
I think that people have not been exposed yet to good progressive music and people on the mainstream think that trance is all about full on!!
well it's wrong...the progressive style as progressed so much and i'm hoping we will get more of it in the future festivals.

By night music & by daylight music. Really simple, Dark = night, full on = daylight.
