Organic Visionz i think you are arguing with the moderator of this section for no reason at all.
I got a suggestion for you though that i guess will make both of you guys happy.
Make a list of the artists you can book (i think you mentioned 4 names plus 4 more that are available which means a total of 8 names) and open a new topic and ask the people to choose one of the 8 names for your event.
This would seem preety nice and logical to me because after all i see no point in asking people which artists they want to see in Athens during February in general because 50 people might come up and ask for Skazi for example but i guess he is not one of the artists you got in mind so there would be no point for that topic in the first place since your question would be general while you already know the specific names you can and want to book for your event.
In a few words being more specific in terms of dates and names i guess would help your cause and allow you to skip the moderation issues.
