who leads the party organization in your country?

well ppl i just wanna know what kinda ppl leads the party organization in your place...
i dont mean who mades the best partys, im talking about who they are, here in mexico the scene had only a few nice ppls, like SOE crew, Maia guys, and Psyclon, who are the ones what know how to do the partys and put feeling on this works.... others are just bad ones  so sad to know that ppl only made partys for money, and its more sad to know that some big partys here are leaded by rude dudes that dont know nothing about psyculture, and you know who im talking about.......

Here it's still all people that have known eachother for years organising parties from 150 people to 1000, with one giant (Dance-a-delic) that gathers over 3-4000 people due to it's annual festival. so far all of them are still close with the crowds, counting on their volunteers to make it all possible.
If you dislike the way some larger organisations are organising parties i can only say one thing: get your act together, organise some small events and see where you can go! As soon as you start booking international live acts there is going to be lots of money involved, and whatever you do people are going to assume you put large sums of it in your wallet before the party is over. after one or more events rumours will be spreaded that'll make people think you're almost a millionaire. don't believe what is being said, by the time you hear it a mouse has become an elephant.
Then as soon as people start to know you better and better, approach you at parties when they have time but you're minding the schedules that you have to live up to, fix whatever goes wrong, keep an eye on everything that it takes to pull of an event of this kind, people will think you have an attitude problem as soon as you don't have enough time to listen to them during the party about how things have could have been organised better, or how kickass the live act you just tripped your tits of too was. These people are usually stressing the weeks before the event, don't bother them to much during the party, approach them before or after if you want to have a talk.

in India the scene is like there are different groups of organisers for differnet cities
for bombay... the scene is ruled by Paradiso group.... most of the killerr artists and scenes by them so far
ppl frm other cities in india will post bout their cities
anyways all the organiser groups here in india i know arent involved in here for money making (as the scene itself is not big enough to take care) and all doing a good job

thanx for the comment bro, well we have done some small free partys, in that way its a very nice feeling u know... see how ppl smile and how they dance its amazing! last party we made was nice, Rinkadink rocked the house!  there are other pplz that care really how to do a nice party here bro... but its not the way of my topic... i still wanna know why scene sometimes is leaded by ppl who doesnt fit into trance culture..... |

Our country's goverment is full of corruption and drug dealers, the parties and the scene have maany of this people too, you know how many times the scene in our country has been envolved with organizers doing many of those big festivals with money from drug traffic. It is veery very sad but true. Many times this kind of people manage to get big amounts of money to do their parties... really weird and twisted shit.

how many "clean" entrepeneur you think will invest their money in a usd $100,000 party if you as organizer expect 5000-7000 people and and only 3000 pay half the price of the ticket? you think this can be serious business for them? no possible way
i know this happens all around the world, ask japanese or brazilian promoters just to make an example...
thank god you can feel the vibe of the parties, you can "smell" when the party has hidden intrests and when is done for the joy of making a party
