Who is using Sonic Foudry Acid Pro?

Hey All!
I just wanted to ask-does anybody use Acid to arrange hisher loops?
I think Acid is a great option for track mix-down.
I Edit all my self-made samplesone-shotsloops in Sound Forge, and then arrange a complete track in Acid.
If anybody uses Acid, I will be glad to chat with himher!

we use Acid to make all sorts of loop work- bpm matchings, plugin opening etc. i dont like this software too much but its the best for such things. as long as u dont write the whole track on it (headache)- its great. we later take the finnished loops and simply throw them to cuebase- saves us a LOT of time.

Hello Again!
I want to say that Acid is a pain in the butt, indeed.
If you make psychedelicGoa-Acid is good.
You can filter and every loop in Sound Forge and match BPM's.
But....
If you make melodic tracks Acid is simply not a good choice.

I think that if you really understand all the funcctions of acid, it is a really powerful arrangment tool.

We use acid to lay out our tracks...Very good!
easy just layout yo shit and BOOM there is a track
we usually go into Sound forge 4.5 and mazamize
certain sounds so they donot clip save then open
Acid and layout the whole track..then go back in and add and delete stretch..etc the details.

I have to agree with all of the above we too use acid and its working just fine especially for the bpm matching and all that. Overall its a very good solid program to work on very easy and very quick.

Hey...
Acid is really cool togeather with soundforge...
I use my Rebirth(a gift from god) loops in acid and it sounds really good...
Guy..-how do you use loops that youve` edited with acid in cubase???
