Simon for me. Totally original sound, did it ages before anyone else, abundant use of modular synths, hardware effects...etc but most importantly and even if I am not into the music so much, the Sphongle stuff is truly mesmerizing.
Add Ott to the list and that's the top for me.

same here.. simon since the first tune i heard from him, i remember with my friends we had like 18 years old maybe less, listenting his tunes with admiration wondering how he was doing these sounds..we were always so impatient to hear his new tunes in the vinyl store , it was awesome haha

It's a tough question, a painter was asking me the same thing the other day but for electronic music in general.
Is there anyone out there that reached the same level of genius and composition as Mozart, Bach & Beethoven?
It's unreasonable to compare two eras so far apart. We can try but the world has become so much more complex, the medium has become so much more infinite than just notation, piano, strings, orchestra.
