i wouldnt use the term best...
my personal favourite would have to be SHIFT !!  totally rocking... hope i get to hear him soon & LIVE !
Otherwise.. Simon Posford has to be the undispusted leader in electronica   Great spirits have often encountered violent opposition from weak minds.
