YES! Without a shadow of a doubt, I am heading down there this year. Already have tickets in hand with everything planned including a car.
Coming from New York with my girlfriend, but given how long it takes to actually reach, we won't arrive to Pratigi Beach until early Sunday morning. But will be sticking around all week bugging out to the reverberating beats on the beaches of Braaaah-seeeel. Also coming with one other friend from NYC and know a couple DJs going as well
What about u? When you headed down? Goin solo or with a crew? Let's definitely rep NA to the fullest! Going to be a sh*tload of people there though. How we going to meet up and not speak Portugeuse together? |

you guyz are gonna have a lot of fun.
The beach is beautiful with lots of land for camping, right up against the ocean. Nice waves to surf. The food and beer is great!! The line up looks really good this year. The people were very friendly, not a lot of foreigners go, i mean there obviously are more than 100, but its about %95 portuguese i'd say.
And the women..... well,
it is brasil.
The way i see UP it's more than just a trance event, its a vacation, because the property is so large, you can get away from the music and enjoy the sunrays and beach and everything that goes with it.
As far as not speaking portuguese, you'll just have to make a lot of hand gestures  .
Wish i was going this year..
