i would like to see a good mix of different styles.
In the past, the musical line-up at Boom festival has been very conservative in my opinion. I see most of the people asking for the same names over and over again, which is understandable but not something to be overly catered to.
Quality music is the most important thing.
I would like to see a variety of styles and not 12 hours of one kind of trip.
So, whatever will help to break down the barriers between the people so they can see that everyone is just a human like anyone else...
I do prefer artists and dj's that are capable of mature sensitive behaviour.
Ego-trippers and rock stars should fuck off.
don't even bother booking them.
I would say overall to respect the music and get artists that make deep good music, not just the popular touring acts from each style...
it could be quite interesting to plan a journey where each act is part of a larger trip- and to get each act on the same page so they are understanding the mission and their place in the mission.
it takes all kinds. all kinds.
there's a lot of good underground music that the Boom didn't represent in 2004. maybe consider adding some of this?
anyway thanks for asking:)
i have opinions. will share:)

I feel the same...
I hope Boom festival organization reads this and takes it in consideration!
I would specialy like to see more progressive then last time. But a mix of styles is the only right thing to do for a big festival because people have diferent tastes and if everyone gets his time with the music that he loves you can make a ferstival where people will enjoy much more! |
