Its a hard question to answer cause there a mistake between quality , innovation , and the ones that are playing on parties just because , or cause of contacts and stuff,
but the ebst for me are
in first place Duendo Matka, ( he has an altern project called Dandelions)
then , u should hear , Hasmodai , Mayan Complex, Ataris , Forza , Hamelin , Inner Mind

Producing?
Cosmic ways with Killer Inc do great job and they r uprising full power !
Skunks of satan and audiopathik are cool
from the early wave D-tek had xcellent productions and Sharigrama's its alive is a classic
shove and Barak's marihuano bros killed many some years ago
overall excellent scene in every psygenre!
