What are you on about.....please explain..but if your are talking about who is the best @ sampling then Orbital were doing this a long ago and peter gabriel was doing on the Fairlight which was the original sampler in the early 1980's

White Noise - sampling via tape snippets in the late 60's (experimental a la Radiophonic Workshop). Check out Electric Storm - an amazing album.
The Best users of samplers though is a bit of an irrelevant argument. Sampling is just one tool in the electronic music making arsenal.

there is a 1000,000 of all over . coming from privat studio labs and others . free in ther net ... get them and use them . |
