Small question, mostly in techno you have a lot of
white noise that comes loud and fades out slowly , been
trying to find how to do it, Any one can help maybe? tell wich instument controls this sound?

any synth can play white noise. with long release you will get it. also reverberation and delay will help you to achieve the result you are looking for.

White noise is basically a sound wave oscillating so rapidly and drastically that it seems to sound as if it hits the highest and lowest audible frequencies "simultaneously".
One easy trick to obtaining white noise in wav form is to record a few seconds of "silence" and then normalize it.
