well the rme is better then the scope..
but you can find some few options (second heand) in: www.act.co.il on the "bazar" section,
i can tell you that i have found there the creamware pulsar 2 (scope professional) in 3000 nis.
and the scope professional better then the rme because he have a lot of dsp's synth's in it and they are the best (look out for the modular 2 or 3).
just check for those option's.
