which sound card should i use???

I am kind of new in this whole creating scene,
please advise me about sound cards, i want to buy one, but i dont know which one will fit my equipment. i have pentium 3 with 866 MHZ, 256 RAM and 40GB hardisk. i have ESI4000 sampler and freebass (FB383) and midi control. i also have cubase VST5.
what do you think about POWER SAMPLER and ELECTRA (creamweare)? or maybe ECHO sound cards are better? my budget is about 3000 NIS.

My choice will be one of the two-
Electra (3000 NIS +/- including installation)- superb sund quality, foll modules, fully modular.
Darla (around the same price but u can get cheaper second hand - the Electra only new, not enough in the market for second hands) great quality, more inputs/outputs.
wanna buy a sampler?
