No 24bit support in FL?

Ok.. I don't care how much this program is easy and what amazing stuff you can produce in it. It sucks. Not working with 24bit today is a very unsmart thing to do.

Yer, no noise.

Mike
It is supports 24bit samples but automaticly convert it to 16but per loading, intresting fact is that 16bit samples dithered as well, lol. Image Line damn bastards change the learn DSP. Even, EYB's synths doesn't generate unwanted noises.

Unfortunately do not point I which you answered. Because I know hardly English.
Thus I use Fruity Loops in connection with some software Synthesizers.

Samples are hardly used. Not you think which I work only with Samples, that would be badly.

hmm.. so you don't work with samples in Fruity, only Synthesis?
Then the 24bit and -90 shouldn't apply

Yes, but if i Rendering the Complete Track,
Fruity Loops rendering also in 16 bit... thats the F... :-(
In next time I try also Cubase, its not simple .
Fruity cannot give me that which I really needs.

I got a friend who's using fruity for his tracks (and soon releasing stuff on Vagalume Records ), but he does his final mixes in Cubase, probably Re-Wired...because that makes most sense !!!

Can you the Complete "16bit" Track rendering to 24bit in "Wavlab" without losses ?

The sound harmed per load at sampler thus every sample, vsti, dxi or audio clip you loads automaticly being dithered.

Yes, sound damaged inside of FL Producer, so after export, damaged signal will be processed to 24bit without losses (if Wavelab use better dithering algorithm than FL Poroducer)

I read an interview with Gol, the programmer behind Fruity and he was asked why Fruity didn't have 24 bit export. His reply was that if you wanted more than 16bit support, you should go for 32 floating bit (which Fruity has had for years) and not bother messing around with between step of 24 bit. Basically his thought was that if you are going to go higher quality, go all the way.

As for the dithering of 24 bit sampler to 16 bit, one thing I am curious about is whether this is only for playback when Fruity is running (i.e. cut down on cpu usage while creating the music) or does this happen during the highest quality rendering of a final track as well?

As for hardware support. I seemed to be using hardware with Fruity just fine for quiet awhile. I did make the jump to Cubase once realized that i was going to be using a lot of hardware, but if you have one or two synths, you can get along with Fruity just fine.

As for released artists with Fruity, I know the last Mandalavandalz CD was made all on Fruity.           New Album: Jikkenteki - Flights Of Infinity

first part:
I agree that 24bit export is useless when you have 32bit. We was not talking about it.
second part:
FL Producer load signal source to sampler, everything enters FL Producer is automaticly processed (Image Line call it dithering, dithering do not produce DC Offect thou). If you follow it, then you must understand that internal or external signal is the same (should be theoriticaly).
third:
not as Cubase, you said it yourself.
fourth:
Great, Twisted and Finnish Tunes.
