I usually do it that way....
Or use a gapper/snipper in soundforge....

1.You can slice it on a slicer.
2.You can draw the volume up and down realy steep.
3.You can use a grainulaizer.

If you use chopper, or something like that you will get he e e e e e lo. If you want he he he he he he eeelo there is a plug in called phat boy slim. I am not sure about the name, but it sounds something like that. It repeats a part of audio(or sound by vst instruments) for the duartion you want andthen releases it. |

Why don't you just load it into a sampler and just retrigger it with your keyboard or whatever. N-N-Nineteen
or if you have Absynth you could load the sample in granular synthesis, make sure the grains are big enough to contain the syllable "he" and then scroll through the grains with the mod wheel.
or if you have a mac you can get Pluggo from www.cycling74.com and use the stutterer or slic-n-dice plugins
or you could load the sample into Phatmatik and slice it up with this, then retrigger the first slice |
