and lots of psy artist who try chill out !
(luna spice / nomad/the antidote/talamsca/signs/3.turn...tetratktys too ...)
-all the ultimae team(aes dana/koala/CELL...)
-TIT
- the clima team ( neuropose /kick bong/skuib)
-some of hilight tribe are french
...
allmost the trance artist try to do chill out

i mean to chill out.
for me it not the importent if the artist also make trance.i make also tech-trance but my favourite style is dub-chill...
one of the best -for that time than(some years ago)- band TOTAL ECLIPSE make trance but-their chill ambient is 1 of the all time best for me.:-]
