my advice ....go to Sikkim and the Far East ....dont bother bout my home town though... . dogon is too busy working , adi is always in the dark mode , n rest all are this part of the year hibernating .....thats that i suppose ...

So much to talk about my home town kashmir (srinagar) , spent most of my life in kashmir ,did schooling from there. seen a lot wen there was a trouble , apparently had to moved due to the trouble as every one knows there's something in the earth ..Set like a jewelled crown on the map of India, Kashmir is a many faceteddiamond, changing character with the seasons - always extravagantly beautiful.Three Himalayan ranges, Karakoram, Zanaskar and Pir Panjal - snow capped,majestic, frame the landscape from northwest to northeast. They are the birthplace of great rivers which flow through the kashmir valley.RajTaringini the chronology of the Kashmir Kings written by Kalhana eulogises the beauty of Kashmir as follows:

Meaning Kashmir is as beautiful as Goddess Parvati manifest; and its owner is Lord Shiva Himself" And the Mughal Emperor exclaimed "Gar Bar-ru-e-Zamin Ast ; Hamin Ast ,Hamin Ast Hamin Asto. Meaning if there is paradise on this earth : This is it, this is it, this is it.

hehehehe mysore, does anything happen in mysore?? everytime i go there i get soooooooo sleeepy.
anywayz bro you might wanna check out Kodaikanal, definately one of my fav. places. Beautiful town situated in the hills of south india, covered in sweet mountain mist , quite isolated so not really a lot of cars/cops/tourists and my fav part.... beautiful mushrooms growing wild everywhere. Lots of nice treks through lush forests, cheap accomodations and the locals are damn nice, although if youre a foreigner expect to get a little ripped off on things like taxi fare. You can easily catch a bus from bangalore, probably even mumbai.
