The Paradox of Choice
by Barry Schwartz
Great book for modern times and actually practical. Basically puts forth a very interesting arguement on how our ever increasing variety of choice in life ultimately makes us less happy and what to do about it. |

'Meditation' - Sri Chinmoy
if a book changed in me than really this.Although you can read tons of criticism towards this spirit.
Also "Heavan and Hell" - Aldous Huxley ,thanks it was there in the right time.
Some books can change dramaticaly though,a spirit I know left this world when influencing toomuch in a wrong time by reading too much Krishnamurti.RIP whereever you are my friend.

Waiting for Godot is one of the most influential books I read when I was younger and it shaped a lot of ideas about life and expectations.. |
