its just a a pitched oscalator you could do this with really any wave (saw wave is most likely) and the pitch being modulated by either a envelope or lfo then you can add reverb and/or delay to taste... i don't know of any sample packs im sure they are out there, but i would make the sound if i were you, you will be much happier with the results
