Where to find CDs / Dvds with Pro-Sample Fx ?

Hi there! I want to ask you a silly question. I am not sure that anybody had asked for this before but what the hell .... here it goes:
I am looking for profesional sample CDs or DVDs Distributors, companies or anything that sell,produce etc it. So i will be able to use stuff in my production. I ve notticed that many pro-artist use the same fx in the background of their music. First i thought that they make it on their sytnths or software... but now i am sure that they must come from a sample libiary or sth like that. Maybe they take it from a good VSTi banks .. - dont know.
For example:
astrix - on fire - time 4:47 - i've heard this ditorted pich sweep sound yesterday in the cinema! - on the Mission Impossilbe 3 movie trailer ;- )
Artist like deliruous, tikal, psydrop etc ... blabla use the same sammple fx ..
I even heard some samples (like astrix - scientific reality intro sound)in a polish tv series! ... but there was no way to conntact the music maker for sample info. heheh ;- ) - Restricted Info they said :/
So if you know anything about good profesional samples for movies, music, games, trailers, gimme a hint. I was shearing the wholle i-net and only what i found was shit or many cds without any demo tracks :/ hehehe ...
Pls dont post about Vengeance Fx or Transfusion Fx - i know this stuff already.
I am also looking for natural samples:
good choirs, vocals, flutes end stuff like that, and also for uniqe cool loops or 1shots :- ). But the main mission for you is now to tell us anything about sample fx,drones,pads,ambience, etc...

Spectrasonics Atmosphere
Native Instruments Absynth
both these are vst plugins of sample based synths (or maybe synth based samplers looool) and have excellent sounds that you may find familiar.
LucasFilm Sound Effects Library
Sony Pictures Sound Effects Series
both these contain hi quality samples, all kinds and well sorted. |

Man .. dont be a little bit offtopic - i am making everything i can by myself on synths. I dont like using loops, factory presets and stuff like that( only when is fits perfectm and it is what i was looking/generating for), but I am just curious where to find/buy some pro-samples and pls if you know anything post here. :- ) Bye! |

Guess im lookin for the same as u are these days 
Well to rip sound from films or anything (including streaming) u can use
Total Recorder. Great prog.
As for pro sample cd's, search the forum, otherwise i guess ill wait and see what people post here... if they do

googling for this kinda stuff shouldnt be that hard but since you've asked for it, i'll drop a few names. generally look for company names like "spectrasonics", "ilio", "east west", "big fish audio", "zero-g", "ueberschall", "best service" etc
for fx: "trance fusion", "distorted reality", "malice in wonderland", "things that go bump in the night". none of those are 100% useable for trance but, oh well..
for vocals and choirs: "symphony of voices" is prolly the best solution here. "vocal planet" series are also ok, especially "world voices" volume has been widely used by chill out people, etc.
drums: "thomas penton CD" is the bomb. "ethno techno" is pretty cool as well for ethnic percussion kinda stuff. finally, "stylus rmx" has alot of cool loops (i am not sure what you mean by unique loops)
ethnic stuff has been discussed many times here before, do a search.
and a cool cd with many useable sounds is "techno trance essentials" by ueberschall.

i vound it check out BMG dvd sounds these are sound produced for video or hollywood films
check out -sound ideas- cd´s to

total recorder dosent sound that great compared to other ways of capturing audio..
at least not when i tested it, i still have it but i dont use it.... maybe i would if i couldnt find another way to do it...
