Where´s the best Psy scene on south america ?

Holla all my friends from the south,
I´m Pedro, 22, from Brasilia, Brasil. I´d like to have a little help from you, please.
I´m looking for study spanish and have some fun on a country near Brasil, i was thinking on Cartagena couse a friend told me about, but i don´t know very well. I´d like to have beach and some parties to go and a friendly people to meet. I love Brasil and i like people here very much, i have no doubt i would meet nice people on the neighbour countrys!
I can go any country, just need to decide this week, please help me with this.. thank u very much and all best to you !

I'v heard Peru its very nice for spanish learning. You can also come to Guatemala, we have the best spanish schools in America, I know its a long way fom brasil, but here you can enjoy of good prices, great weather(20-24 degrees almost every time of the year), nice mountains, volcanic sand beaches, friendly people, a bunch of trance freaks and offcourse, great outdoor parties in ATITLAN LAKE!!!

guys i kno this is off topic but im in iquique, chile on vacation...would like to know wat r the trance spots over here if any..and also whr i can pick up original cds any stores ??? need some cds immediately cant wait for psyshop delivery n all that crap...been 3 months the last compi i bought was the goa sound system --yellow sunshine exp. thx n awaiting info..bom

Peru is good, but i think the accent is still a little indian, a little rustic (no offense).
People say that people from bogota, Colombia, HAs the best accent, because is neutral ... Ckeck it Out  |

guatemala is PSY territory, here we got very good landscapes and some places where we can party in a very very nice way....I heard brasil is one great place to psy scene, I also heard we have good spanish academies, maybe not in the central city, but in some other places like sololá (saint peter!! you must visit this one), sacatepequez and some other like these...good luck |

Hi, in Chile you'll find psytrance in Santiago, the capital, and sometimes in Valparaiso and Viña del Mar, cities by the coast and 1,30 hrs. away from Santiago. I don't think you'll find psy in Iquique. And you won't find original psy cd's in stores, only with a couple of guys here.
