The Boom is happening in the same location as 2002 and 2004: near Idanha-a-Nova. And the dates are also decided: 3th to 9th of August. Be aware that the main floor will only open on the 5th. All other facilities, including the chill-out will be open on the 4th. They are doing this to give the people plenty of time to come to the Festival site and put their thing up, trying to avoid the big queue of cars and the confusion on the gates of previous editions.

You have three possible airport choices Porto (300km distance), Lisbon (265 km) and Faro (540 km). Theses distances are taken from the suggested routes on Viamichelin.

Now you just have to choose the best option depending on your city of departure.
