I guess it really depends on how you want to measure it....

-nr of artists from one country
-number of parties during a period of time
-number of people partying at the same time in the whole country
-biggest single event (boom, burning man, voov)
-longest lifetime

it all pretty much gives different results i think. Isreal is so tiny, it's easy for trance to go to all corners of this country

I've been to israel and quite a few other countries by now, and wouldn't want to pick one.          www.psytracks.com :: Brand new website for sharing your psytracks with the world. Get a free 250Mb Artist profile, Blog and events calender!

I also think it's Israel - that's why I'm planning to travel there sometime next year - to experience it for myself

IMO 'PSy being big' means big the percentage of the total population of the country that listens to psy......

and when it comes down to this i think ISRAEL wins hands down           At the end there is a DOOR & waiting for you on the other side of that door is either HEAVEN or HELL

not necessarily..

I bet Luxemburg only needs like 10 trance heads and then it's the biggest by percentage..           "The dinosaurs became extinct because they didn't have a space program."

maybe you all should see statistics aka stats of Isratrance to understand who rule ....

give us something , we rule nothing so let us rule psy scene ....

We have much more known artists than other country have in psychedelic scene .... more parties than every country have same time and probably more crowd .....

Prove it you don't have a foot to stand on except for some forum user statistics. Tens of thousands of people gather in germany for parties every weekend. Besides that, huge events like burning man, voov, Boom, vision quest never even happened in israel (unless maybe the original drugless festival in ...97?)

I think most importantly you have a bigger psytrance industry... but that's not everything now is it?           www.psytracks.com :: Brand new website for sharing your psytracks with the world. Get a free 250Mb Artist profile, Blog and events calender!

100% with Rik..

And what is this f****g idea of wanting to rule something ?

I think regarding the ammount of parties in a Year... Germany is far beyond many others countries...

Japan maybe.. But I think there are mostly a few big parties.. (Tell me if i'm wrong)

In Germany there are hundreds and hundreds little parties every week-end, everywhere..
