No point partying in India any more. Go twice in a year to big european festivals..... have a gigantic psychedelic orgasm with everything factored in safety, professional sound system, proper organization of food/stay, huge line up.
Goa/North Hills are still ok as they have good outdoor scenes with the place itself being as beautiful as the party location, so that works out well in case party is a flop too.
