I am always trying to get conveerstions like this started regarding our music and our party's. my thought is that we need to work on having more intimite gatherings inbetween festivals. where we practice conectin our energy's with out the use of drugs, relying soley on the music and our own hearts and minds. So that when we unit at large festivals we can really send out some huge energy's.
We have just mooved into our own land in Western Australia, I am passionate about humanity and i believe that maybe Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure could be telling us something. Please lets work together for each other. |

imo we should have more intimite gathering.
Let go of the big festival and the comercial parties - it's just to big to be good...
The only one who made it right were Monsoon prodactions - starting all their parties with one hour meditation, that gave the energy to the party as well as the place itself (and that's a good idea especially when you're doing a party on your own land) - but still you can't say there were no drugs, though lots of ppl there were naturally high from meditation energy only...
I wish you could make that happen, and surly the parties are gonna be a nice try, but i'm not so sure ppl will go partying without any drugs at all, and when WA hasn't relegelized it yet...
Anyhow good luck, I'll tell my friends from WA about it and i hope it'll rock.

thankyou, tell all your friends. This is a long term project, we have just began planting trees. I like the idea of an hour of meditation, I would liketo be at a party with that. i should choose my wording to do with drugs more carefully, I of all people should know that you can't tell people not to take them. Maybe I should say incorouge people to access their own inner drugs before seeking to find exterior enhancements. Maybe does that sound a bit more democratic.
I hope you appreciate the sensierity of my offer, I feel very fortunate to live in a peaceful country with nature and little polution. Too share this would be an honour. I only hope it is not wasted by becoming a place to get mashed up, fair enough if that is your desire I just can't encourage it as I have done in my past. Oh well enough of this I hope you get my point. |

Ah yes meditation.. you think anyone here has the patience to acquire something like that? Who wants to wait till the 'light' hits you, till you feel 'aware' of your surroundings. Patience isnt a virtue.. money and trips are these days.

Bah, I practice meditation... haven't learjned any great secrets, but I have gotten more harmonic. Lately it's been overlapped (and perhaps fused to) my practice of astral projection though. :/ |

Where is the difference? Are u better person coz u don't take drugs at this party, but only at the 'not so good' parties?

personaly I find party's better with out drugs, I used to take them then I stopped then I tried them again out of curosity and I can say it's better with out. with drugs I could dance like a loony and not care what people thought. with out drugs I don't think my mind seems to know, I can feel my way around the dance floor and best of all I don't come down, when I go to my next party I feel like I am continuing from where I left the last on. My mind is always growing and every door way in the music gives me a greater feeling. If only the music wasn't drug oriantated I think it could really take us places.
