Download from youtube,dude....There are tons of grabbers who can do that for you,just look for it in the google.
Thats what I do,and after reverbing and whatnot the sound source the quality is no longer the issue lol...
  From all the things I lost,that sandwitch cost me most :)

get audacity and enable stereo mix in recording options.. then press rec while the audio plays..
