It's originally from a track by C'hantal called "The Realm".
I found a bit of the original vocal here:

It is the correct track! What I should have said was that I couldn't find the exact bit with your vocals on, but you can tell that it is the same woman's voice speaking

The track you are after is not C'hantal - The Realm
its Phantasia - Violet Skies.. the female vocals is Nikkie Van Lierop a.k.a. Jade 4U

Apologies for the confusion! I have this on a CD labelled as C'hantal - The Realm, so it's probably wrong...
