Where can I find *Fractal Tutorials & Plugins For Photoshop?

Hey ...namaste ..greetings earth people!! 
Does anyone have any idea where I can get some Killer Plug-ins for Photoshop...not the usual ones.. but something more underground with psychedelic effects etc.... also looking for some fractal Tutorials ..only for photoshop not ultra-fractal... Need to start experimenting with fractals

Also..does anyone know of these sites where u find secret techniques in photoshop for creative various effects..by using simple tools..something out of the books? |

What do you want the fractal plugins to do, exactly? Why not just make fractals in any fractal generator program of your choice and import them into photoshop?
If for some reason you must generate the fractals inside photoshop check out KPT plugins, the FraXplorer plugin can make some cool stuff.
What do you mean by a fractal tutorial? Something that explains the math or what?
