I need help in finding acapellas... can any1 guide me where 2 find them?

I remember something like acapellas4u, but cant remember the extension.. the server was going down by the time, i not sure how is nowadays situation.

do you mean real acapellas, or just voice samples?
for the last one i can recommand youtube. you search after the topic you want and then sample it out of the vid. |

If the material you're looking to sample is louder than the background noise, just use a noise gate in Wavelab (or audio editor of your choice) to cancel out the background. You'll have to tweak the gate's sensitivity.
Once you have the sample the way you want it, you can then use other plugs to add depth and fullness to the sample.
For spoken word samples I tend to process the entire sample in Wavelab first and then just add the audio file into Cubase and time-stretch and/or pitch-bend it as necessary to match the tempo in a smooth, believable tempo.
