This is the best shops in israel....
Or may be try bazar in http://www.act.co.il
I think : better take some thing from second hand becouse in 1000 nis you will don't find any thing new & good !!!
But try to ask in the shops they will help you...
Eliran 17 if you want reall good sound card and not in crazy price take the RME HDSP 9632. great sound card and his price some thing like 2900 nis......

you know the status here isnt very helpfull but other RME's soundcard are more suitable for my demandes.
in the music shop is there any others prodcuts then soundcards?

i'm thinking spending something like 1500nis
plus minus coz i have to buy a new board and proccesor.
and i makind a small reserch on evrything to pull out the best i can from the limitied-buddget boars-proccesor-soundcard.
