[Maybe it was asked before, but things have probably changed over the time]
In which months it is better NOT to go to Goa - e.g. no parties or/and too hot, etc?

If 9bar is not enough for you,
1- Do not go during Monsoon season
2- For more parties Go November till Feb.
3- For the peak go Dec. & Jan.
4- For "HILLTOP" experience , be there on Christmas-New Year Eve.  |

if u really wana skip the commercial thing and lota unwanted goa crowd,dont ever go during x-mas and new year.try n b ther 4 the russian new year and after.even early nov wn the season marinates will also b awesome

DO NOT TO GOA ON NEW YEAR!!
I REPEAT...
in the week right after new year there are some really good parties. on New year it gets very crowded .. maybe over crowded , can't even have some peace of mind..

achully Goa is @ its most beautiful in the monsoon...evrythin turns extra green...the air is filled with that lovely earthy wet mud smell.....much cooller...less / hardly any public.....Anyday mo beautiful dan season times......only inconvenience is fewr restaurants open ,no party scene at all (nature just makes up for it tho)...and lil mo powercuts dan usual.......another caution wud be.... when it rains in goa it POURS !! |

They open hilltop only on new year eve/chrismass eve, they play killer music for 24 hours and I enjoy being there eventhough it's once a year, so why should I grow up? huh? I don't see any reason to grow up. I prefer to be a kid and dance my ass off in hilltop once a year. |

to quote run lola run let whoever wants to goa new year christmas time , go then......why do u want them to come late jan Feb time and crowd that part of the year.....whichever junta wants to come durin newyears ,christmas time let em....let them finsih theyre partying new years time and go back and leave goa less crowded and more hardcore concentrated after dat !..deyre the people u dunt want around right ? i personally havent been to goa or hilltop new years christmas time......n dunt even wanna coz wat i have heard from folks whove been there is dat its TOOOOO crowded nowadays...and not the crowd u want around....and the music also leaves alot to b wanted.....the lineup itself can tell u dat much.....1 winter demon in a bad lineup does not a good party make !.......so yes people , goa new years christmas is THE RIGHT TIME to come (wink wink!)..... |
