In 1996 i heard a track called "beach party in gaza" and was entraned- i got a "voyage into trance" mixed by danny rampling.... with simon's lsd to begin the cd and zodiac youth to finish it off in 1997....... what a blessed day, i remember my best friends little sister saying that this music is meant for lunatics. never looked back since!

I'm very eclectic, but started to listen to psytrance in 2001.
Here in Brazil it's difficult to find someone to show you the difference between psytrance and trance. I had to discover all alone... You know, must people here think house, trance, techno, drum'n'Bass, etc is the same thing...

I can't remember exactly but I'mrelatively new to this. I started around 3-4 years ago, when I listened a dj set by the Finn DJ Samuli (who, in addition, speaks perfect Spanish!).  |
