whats wrong with fridays?

just a quick question and plea to those promoters out there. why no parties on friday night. the only reason i can think of is that you need time to decorate, sought out the electrics and soundsystem etc. parties are much better on a friday as the next day is not the dreaded sunday, which for most of us is the day before we go back to our 9 - 5 jobs. WE NEED TIME TO RECOVER! VOTE FOR FRIDAY!! |

Strange you should mention that - up in the North its more common to have all nighters on Friday. Its one of the standard pub conversations -
Friday- two days to recover, can go out and get pissed on sat & fine (sort of) for work on mon - but can be a rush to get out and can feel knackered from work.
Saturdays - not knackered from work and have plenty of time to get ready, travel etc but only got one day to recover and if you continue well into Sunday - monday mornings are not pleasant!
I think the best options are either Friday and take Fri off work or Saturdays and take Monday off work!!

ive been doin the sunday continuation thing too much!! i get to work on Monday and im a right c**t.
check 'Psychedelic Sound Force' at the REX on the 13th Feb.
also i believe the 'Inertia' parties are on fridays also, next one is on the 20th Feb 07905 359062.
