whats my mix like?? (im useing headphones hi guys, can anyone point me in the right direction in the way of mixing down, im useing headphones now so i have no idea what this sounds like on monitors. thanks

it's bass heavy on the left side or just the low end fullness sits too far left match the right in fullness. other than that. it sounds good. the snare is loud and open but I would leave it and write the rest of the track layers first then tweak it after.

First of all this is a very short sample and I can't say much, but judging from what we have this isn't bad. I guess you gonna find your track sounding a bit different when you check it on monitors, but no major surprises.
Whats really strange about it is why everything is panned left. If this is a dramatics or artistic plot of some sort it failed, sorry www.overdreamstudio.com

thanks for the speedy relpies guys. iv had a look into the whole panning problem and for some strange reason the master channels paning knob was not in the center when i exported it ha ha.
and im sure it will sound totaly diffrent when i put it through some monitors, but if it sounds ok then il be happy. thanks again guys.

If I were you I would just tighten the snare a bit and maybe HP it.

thanks for the advice, i had a high pass filter on it for a while, then i lowered it, i think the problem is after alot of listening i loose perspective of what sounds good and what dosnt. cheers

judging from my listening environment i notice some high freq u need to cut like sound at 0:15 and the hats after that part. and like everyone already said the left pan issue.

yeah the left pan issue has been resolved, all it was was the master pan was over to the left for some reason. i will check the high freqs on the synths and hats tonight. thankis for listening.
