Dennis still making music, as far as I know he is producing electronica and ambient music and recently released a few psy tracks and also he have a Dub-Psy project with Ibojima called "Iluminus".

You bring a nice name, Typhoon "As far as I know all the members still active but with different projects. Serge will release a new album in Neurobiotic Records as "The Antidote" this year.
Stephaner Holweck was one of the members behind of the Digital Mystery Tour, a long side of Loïc Van Poucke, also member of Toires.
Last but not the least Daniel Toby had a project called "Electronic Pirates" with Serge and Dimitri Nakov, a project that is stopped or dead I guess
