Looks like a good controller. how's the price though?

I wouldn't buy a keyboard before I touch it btw - I need a certain touch...          Crackling universes dive into their own neverending crackle...

i don't thik of this as something special: keys, knobs ... nothing revolutionary. sorry.

but i like the name!
i wonder if this has something to do with R@dium...

bom

N.B.
if you want this keyboard for cheaper - seek for "MIDITech" label - it will cost u much less, though would be made on the same factory line.

the radium itself doesn t looks bad, the only thing i would miss is the "keystroke-dynamic" ( ...woudn t come in my mind: -anschlagdynamik =(-8 )...or have i read the specs bad...

...and what u ppl think about this ?

"Please be warned about USB. The drivers only work with a MIDI driver utility like MIDI Yoke. USB grabs a lot of CPU power. It is not possible to run a project with lots of plug-ins while the USB is switched on. To compensate, I had to increase my buffer size, which in turn increased my latency. If latency of about 60 ms scare you, then USB might not be the solution for you. I get around the problem by rendering the whole project to a single audio track before doing serious recording
with the MIDI keyboard."

maybe just rumours...u MUST try it before buying, of course if possible with a more or less similar daw.

yeah thank ya for the info...i think i'll use a midi interface also, coz of the cpu usage.
i do not write complex melodys, i want to buy becoz of fun mostly...its much more fun to stand in front of the gear than sitting "high" on a chair and staring on the monitor all the time.
hands up
