I don't know what the first track i ever heard was, it is a little hard to remember that far back. But i do remeber that one of the tracks that really got me started was
QUIRK - PING (the track with the people playing table tennis)
This track was amazing for its time and it wouldn't surprise me if someone played it now and people still went crazy!!!!
The other track that really did it for me was
SHIVA SPACE - SPRITUAL HEALING
IMO probably the greatest track ever made, still get shiva's, hehe, every time i listen to it!!!! |

Pretty hard to remember.
I think maybe KoxBox Neurobiotic or Prana Rainbow Spirit or Astral In-Novation. I remember my bro who got me into first acid/trance music then psy had borrowed the Prana album for a month or two. I had never heard anything like it. I remember when my mate put on some rave, hehe F.S.O.M (melbourne reference) played there yep a while ago. Anywher This dude I know was playing just the standard music for that period 96/97? And we made him chuck on some tracks from Prana. Everyone went nuts this was before we knew what psy was. To us it sounded like these guys were from the future.
Before that I was listening to all harthouse/ eye -q stuff which is how i came upon Koxbox.
I also remember the first acid/trance/techno track that gave me that trance experience,
Mark NRG InMy Brain that cd also had Prana and Astral on it hahaha I think that was also first time I got really ripped as well. Go figure

the track was Spiritual Healing (how could it be anything else ? ) 
but for cds the first place is reserved to Full On vol. 2 ..... my md player still remembers each sample of this compilation , it blasted for me many many subway hours ... and tracks 5 and 8 , MFG- Process Irreversible (The Passenger rmx) and P.Cok- Double Doper are the most special for me from that cd

Actully i dont know... it was a dark dark night in Copenhagen, my friends had gone home, i was alone in copenhagen central, and i was about to go home aswell, but then i saw what first looked like a Dungen of terror, with the most incredible music, that i had never heard before... i allways liked techno music (no i hate normal techno ), so i decited what the heck i'm going in... the place was called THE TUBE (some of you may have heard of it underground place in copenhagen)... i was there all night long... i thing the time had passed 11 before i was home  ... So i heard a lot of dark dark tunes from denish underground and i have absolutly no idea what the tracks are or were called ... but that was a special night indeed, in more the one way ... Belive me...

The first "trance" track I heard, thinking "Hey, this is great", was actually by a tracking dude, named Keith303 and his "Wisdom & Euphoria"...well, perhaps I've heard a trance track before, but that was the first one I liked... =)

my first psytrance track i listened was Doof - Double Dragons ( Crystal Assurance mix) from Dragofly 12" , 1994 ...
wow i was impressed i just knew trance and rave and this Doof track was so crazy different and amazing ... nice to remember |
