I was in the same situation couple of years ago, I was into computers and programing, or so I tought, but I started to see that programing is like boring jornalism, I wanted to make 3d video-game art, so I took all the crappy programing... it was easy for me to get good grades but as soon as I realised that the universitys here were getting me nowhere and started to have the same feeling, that this was not it, and wanted to get away, some place anywhere but here, heard a lot of stories of people that went to asia and stayed there, the cliche stories from the 60s, those stories ended up pretty bad, altough they were very full of life experiences, so I re-tought and i quited programing . my tests from the student guider said cience or economics or letters, anything but art and here I am backtracked two years to grafic design, when I had the chances to be excelent anywhere else. tired of earing this since childhood "you could be a great doctor"gramma said, "you could be a great lawyer" uncle's "you could be a great journalist/writer" said my parents since I spent great time reading, you know what I sended everyone's opinion's and pressures where they belong, and since I had quite an apetite for I candy here I am, almost done with school again, working on the final project, and probably heading to university to barcelona or japan to learn even more to one day I can run around the world vjing, uniting all the ways for eyecandys that I've been learning, so I can spend time allong the music scene giving people joy with color and shapes, because music is everything to me, and did not want to be a musician thinking that music it would loose its magic if i went that way...
ps: and i must say, that when my drawing-skills still suck, my works that were beyond crappy even last year, when i re-re-considered to go another way, are now becoming joyfull to my own eyes, and to the eyes of my friends
even wanting to go round the world and anywhere but here, I learned from the stories that you'll better have some 2nd options and plans when everything fails, and your world falls on you.
and I will live as homeless tourist in the beaches of asia, or another beutifull place, when the time comes, because if something goes wrong, I can allways reborn and reestructure my life with everything i'm learning now. if I for some reason need money to eat or to help someone i care about, i will have a choice in this fuck up democracy and money-driven world.
one thing cant go wrong no matter what: I have to see asia before 39, or I will send everything to hell 19 years from now, and even if have to get there by foot.
so as was said do your thing, make your future make it safe, and promote our universal language where you live(funnything also to me, now its the otherway around it was before, now friends of mine are dragging me into partys, when most of them wasnt into trance at all... the battle is allways hard but worthy). and dont forget that the dreams is all that you can carry alongside with your lungs and heart, even if you loose a leg or arm or make a hair cut, you will allways have them inside your mind!! |

werlin, your choice in what to do is awesome; a great job travelling and a backup plan to die for  ..though i've never heard of people going to asia and staying there, that's crazy. But the one thing I strive to do right now is spread the language..OUR language. More people need to feel the culture that so many others are loving around the world.

I'm not putting that behind me... read the awser I just gave to the topic of the chzeck republic screwed up party by their authorithies, I spent a good hour and a half writting and re-writting it. and even if only you read it and dislike it was worth my time that I should use to sleep, cause morning and school come in about 5 hours and I still have to do the homework. |

@Take a Break...i knw how u feel...evry1 feels like tht at one point...sure college is important n all..go try n sit n complete it so u have sumthin to show for...enjoy the music...thrs nutin wrong wid it puttin u to sleep and wakin u up...take each day as it comes...thts the beauty in life...not knwin whats gonna happen next....if we all knew can u imagine how borin it wud be?! chill out...the psy community need not be confined to territory...thr r alot of things tht keep us apart but in mind n soul we r one...have a fab day  |

hahaha never heard of the water technique; but I think i'll pass the drugs for now, they got me in a mix a year back and i've been clean off em since. Maybe during a trip to goa the ayahuasca will be all mine...
